Emergencies are defined as anything relating to the property under the lease that is threatening to life, health, or the property which includes Flooding, sewage back-ups, broken water pipes, fallen trees or objects on units. For emergency maintenance please call our maintenance manager at 801-295-2100.

  • Fire – Call 911
  • Gas odors – Call Questar Gas 801-324-5111
  • Submit Maintenance Request

URGENT PRIORTY MAINTENANCE
Please call the maintenance manager or make an online maintenance request and type “URGENT” as your priority. Examples of urgent maintenance include:

  • Refrigerator, oven, or washer/dryer not working
  • Locked out of the unit
  • Power or gas off – Call power or gas company
  • Furnace, water heater or A/C unit not functioning
  • Water leaking into unit

TENANT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
Damages caused by abuse or neglect will be charged to tenant. Arrange and pay for professional services to handle tenant caused issues. Examples of tenant caused issues are:

  • Carpet stains and damage
  • Holes or damage to walls, doors, cabinets, and windows
  • Damage to non-carpeted floors
  • Window blinds & screens
